Repeat Prescriptions
Request a Repeat Prescription:
By telephone |
No prescription request will be taken via the telephone. |
Via Chemist or In Person |
Some local chemists will collect and deliver prescriptions and medication. It is the patient's responsibility to arrange this service. |
By Post |
Prescriptions can be posted to the surgery or handed to the Receptionists in person or by an authorised chemist. Reorder forms must be used with required items ticked. |
On Line |
You can request repeat prescriptions using My Health Online. 48 hours notice is required for repeat prescriptions. |
An appointment should be made at least once every 12 months so that medication can be reviewed. If a review of medication is required please make an appointment with a Pharmacist or Practice Nurse or a GP.
Persons under the age of 16 are legally not allowed to collect repeat prescriptions.
