A Lifestyle Coach runs weekly clinics at the practice, offering support with healthy lifestyle changes and wellbeing.

WISE – lifestyle and wellbeing support
Cwm Taf Morgannwg WISE Service provides lifestyle medicine and wellbeing support for adults with chronic health conditions, symptoms or those waiting for NHS treatment. Support includes education, lifestyle change and practical tools to help people improve their health and wellbeing. Self-referral is available.
Stopping smoking
Stopping smoking is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Help Me Quit provides free NHS support across Wales, including behavioural support and access to nicotine replacement therapy and other treatments where appropriate. You do not need a GP referral.
